This Privacy Policy explains how MUSJOY Limited (also referred to as “MUSJOY HK”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a company registered in Hong Kong with Business Registration Number (BRN) 69135090 and Company Registration Number (CR) 2672399, with registered office at 705A, Silvercord Tower 2, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website at musjoy.co or use our mobile applications.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to (a) the website operated at musjoy.co, and (b) the consumer mobile applications published by MUSJOY HK or its affiliates, including Lunio: AI Companion & Friend, Look Like — Celebrity Look-Alike and ASleeper — Sound & Music. Where an individual application provides its own privacy policy (for example, on its App Store listing), the application-specific policy applies in addition to, and prevails over, this general policy in case of conflict.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account and contact details: when you contact us at [email protected] or interact with our support, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- In-app content: text, voice, photos or other content you choose to provide while using our applications, used solely to deliver the requested feature (for example, photo input for face-related features in Look Like, or chat messages in Lunio).
- Subscription information: when you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple. We receive transaction confirmations from Apple but never your full payment-card details.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, anonymous identifiers, crash logs and diagnostic data — used to improve performance and fix issues.
- Approximate location: derived from IP address only, used for regional content and language defaults.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Analytics and crash reporting: aggregated, de-identified statistics from analytics tools to understand how features are used.
- App Stores: confirmations of purchases, subscription status and refund events from Apple’s App Store.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve our website and applications.
- To deliver requested features, including AI-driven responses, image processing and personalized content within an app session.
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.

In-app content (such as Lunio chat history) is retained on your device or in your account for as long as your account remains active and is deleted on request or upon account deletion.

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent and to data portability. You can exercise these rights, including requesting deletion of your account, by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. Children
Our products are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

MUSJOY HK is based in Hong Kong, and information may be processed in or transferred to other jurisdictions, including those that may not provide the same level of data protection as your country of residence.
